Fresh out of Berklee College of Music, Alex found himself behind the scenes a the Michael Jackson 30th Anniversary Concerts at Madison Square Garden. Electrified by his early success, Alex finished his Masters in Fine Arts (MFA) at Cal Arts and later went on to pursue his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at Babson College, honing his production chops and sharpening his business acumen. Alex has since gone on to become a highly versatile producer & director. With each project he brings his fingerprint of creativity, polished professionalism and unmatched passion for his work.
Alex created A2V Media with the goal of making the creation of videos a seamless, enjoyable, and exciting process for clients.

Bringing a thorough technical background to compliment his creative drive, Chris strives to create a pragmatic environment where any creative idea can come to life.
Chris began his professional career as a mechanical design engineer where he used his technical knowledge to create tooling that allowed clients to better manufacture consumer products. He then moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where he designed servers and data centers for the largest tech companies in the world.
After over half a decade working as an engineer, Chris went off to experience the world and turn his long-term photo and video hobby into a profession creating travel videography. He spent a year traveling around Europe and Asia as he directed, filmed, and edited marketing campaign ads for individuals and commercial businesses.
His intense engineering background helped him to develop a workflow to tackle a wide range of subject matter. Conveying dense technical information in a palatable manner is an art in and of itself and Chris has excelled at this throughout his professional career in both engineering and video production.
Today Chris continues his work with A2V Media as a writer, producer, director, and editor where he creates content for a variety of clients and industries. From Technical interviews to product announcements to short films, Chris pulls together together a vast engineering background with a creative edge delivering complex ideas in easy to understand ways.

Will has always been interested in production. From a young age, he would create home movies with the video equipment his father kept around the house. He’d eventually learn how to edit those movies, using editing software on his mother’s home work station. You could say that production was a family business, and he absolutely loved being able to make whatever he dreamt up into a reality.
Fast forward to his studies at University, he took a deep dive into television news production. Being interested in current events, and wanting to be a part of the process of news broadcast journalism, he took a seat at the control room terminal. This turned out not to be what he wanted, as the creative process was thrown out of the window, and he felt like a small cog in a gigantic machine.
Craving an artistic career, he sought out the music industry and became a Video Producer at BMG. Though he didn’t have much creative freedom there, it was the beginning of a process to understand exactly where he wanted to land. As an Editor and Producer.
Will is living that dream, currently, at A2V Media. He gets to work with a fantastic team of skilled individuals, keep a current take on all forms of video content, and most importantly, create video that he is proud of.
Will’s goal is to keep his process rooted in what made him interested in video in the first place. Turning dreams into reality, and is excited to do exactly that, for you.

Eileen “EJ” Jaworowicz is a former professional dancer and dance model that has graced the covers of calendars, magazines and billboards. Her passion for the arts and dance is how she and founder of A2V Alex Vishno first met 10 years ago.
EJ has been working with and collaborating with A2V on various projects over the years as a choreographer and artistic director. EJ has an eye for details and enjoys getting to use her dance background to choreograph music videos as well as live performances with A2V.
She a natural fit with the A2V team as the Artistic Director and Choreographer as well as taking on several administrative roles behind the scenes to ensure that A2V is ready to capture and produce the highest quality videos.

John Schwarz has been fascinated with show business since he was ten years old having gotten an early glimpse of the rise of Kevin Smith’s View Askew Productions, due to the fact that John hailed from the same hometown as Kevin - Highlands, NJ. John grew up in the same scenic locales where films like Clerks, Chasing Amy, Jersey Girl, Dogma, and The Wrestler were filmed, initializing his fascination with film production.
While pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration at DeVry University, John’s first foray into the entertainment industry was launching his own heavy metal record label. Following his venture into the music business, John successfully launched an animation magazine that is still in operation today.
As a result of his love of animation and media production John continues to build and leverage relationships with various media companies and production studios in ascertaining news, reviews, previews, and features focused on the animation industry.
John has joined A2V Media in a Client Development capacity to leverage the video and content production capabilities of A2V for a variety of clientele. From music videos and commercials to feature-length documentaries and major productions, John is ready to help new and existing clients bring their creative vision to life.
